Have breakfast, lunch, or dinner on our large lanai and walk out to beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy the large pool, children's wading pool and two spas. Use one of the 9 BBQ's that are on site to cook up a delicious meal. Walk down to one of the most popular beaches on Maui. The Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from the Kamaole III beach. Have free use of our beach towels, boogie boards, cooler, and beach chairs. Play a few rounds of tennis at the tennis courts. Book your activities at one of the two on-site activity centers. The resort hosts a FREE Mai-Tai party once weekly poolside. And best of all, use our brand new HE Front Loading washer and dryer to wash all your clothes up before going home!
Our beautiful ground floor condo-Located in building # 4-112 with large Lanai (887 sq ft) was completely updated in July, 2011. The kitchen with marble counter top's is equipped with brand new appliances (Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator with ice maker). We also have a blender, mixer, spice rack, coffee-pot, coffee grinder, toaster, full stock of cookware and utensils, as well as numerous gizmo's and gadgets that will allow you to be inspired in cooking your own gourmet meal.
The bedroom, decorated in island style furnishings, has a brand new Queen size Sealy Posturpedic mattress set, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player, radio/alarm clock, and plenty of dresser space to stow your belongings. The adjoining bathroom -also with marble counter top's- is stocked with towels, shampoo and
soaps and a hair dryer.
The living room is also decorated with island style furnishings. The couch was specifically chosen because of it's 7" thick Sealy Mattress. A restful night's sleep will be assured on this bed. Bring your laptop if you must, we offer free wireless internet access in our unit! You will also enjoy relaxing and watching a movie on our large TV/DVD player. A second bathroom is just down the hall and makes for a nice touch especially when two couples or a family is traveling together.
This unit has also just had a dual zoned air conditioning systems installed which gives the bedroom and living/dining/kitchen rooms separately controlled temperature settings. Our unit stands out from most units at Kamaole Sands, because most units do not have air conditioning in the bedroom.
This unit HAS air conditioning in BOTH the living/dining/kitchen area AND the bedroom.
We provide all guests with our personal cell phone number so that you can contact us 24 hours a day with any problems. We want your visit to Maui to be everything you expect it to be!
